National Do Not Mail List manages the national do not mail list. You enroll by entering your name and address and selecting your mail preferences.

DMAchoice | ANA Consumer Preference Service

DMAchoice helps consumer manage what type of mail they would like to receive. For a small processing fee your choices will remain intact for 10 years. All marketing organizations that are members of the ANA must follow the DMAchoice guidelines.

This registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls. You can register your home or cell phone for free.
